 Enhance your celebration with one of our guided beer tastings and discover the world of Augustiner beers with insights from our certified beer sommeliers.

During the tasting, your guests will learn about the brewing process, explore different beer categories, and experience the rich flavor diversity of Bavarian brews. Special seasonal tastings—such as during Strong Beer Season or Oktoberfest—are available upon request.

Minimum group size: 8 people

You can also combine the beer tasting with a visit to the Beer and Oktoberfest Museum or a guided museum tour.

Beer Tasting with Bavarian Cold Platter (guided upon request)

Traditional wooden platter featuring our signature Stüberlbatzda, fresh cheese, and liver sausage - accompanied by sliced radish, radishes, pretzels, and bread. Served with three 0.1L samples of Augustiner beer.

Beer Tasting with warm Bavarian Snack Platter (guided upon request)

We serve a traditional Bavarian meal, starting with wooden boards placed on Maßkrug stands at each table. These boards are topped with our signature Stüberlbatzda, fresh cheese, liver sausage, sliced radish (Radi), radishes, pretzels, and bread.
For the main course, you may choose between two options

Option 1: Oven-fresh Leberkas and homemade meatballs (Fleischpflanzerl), served with a bowl of potato salad

Option 2: Oven-roasted pork and duck, accompanied by potato dumplings, red cabbage, and gravy

To complement the meal, we serve three 0.1L samples of Augustiner beer.

Our Menus for Birthdays, Corporate Events, Christmas Parties & More

As a first course, we serve traditional wooden boards placed on Maßkrug stands. Each board is topped with a selection of Bavarian spreads—such as Stüberlbatzda, fresh cheese, or liver sausage—accompanied by sliced radish (Radi), radishes, pretzels, and bread.

Main Course

Option 1

We serve oven-roasted duck and pork directly from the traditional Reindl (roasting pan). Accompanied by red cabbage (Blaukraut), potato dumplings, and rich gravies—all presented at the table for guests to help themselves.

Option 2

We serve traditional Schweinsbraten (pork roast) and Kalbsrahmbraten (creamy veal roast) straight from the Reindl (roasting pan). Accompanied by potato dumplings, buttered Spätzle, cabbage salad, and rich gravies—all served directly at the table for guests to share.

Dessert

We serve our homemade Kaiserschmarrn - a fluffy shredded pancake - fresh in small pans, placed directly on the table. Accompanied by warm apple compote (Apfelmus), it’s the perfect sweet finale to your Bavarian feast.
